Brief • Mercer Super Trust wanted to refresh its member marketing campaigns to boost engagement and conversion. The redesign ensured brand consistency, compliance, and improved member experience across direct mail (A4 printed) and EDMs, applying the Mercer Brand Guidelines to develop six campaigns that visually looked to be within a family but also had unique themes, iconography, and messages.
