Inverleigh Hotel:
Rebrand
The Inverleigh Hotel, a beloved local pub in Inverleigh, Victoria, was ready to evolve it’s branding to reflect the redirection of the business by new owners in 2016. With a strong heritage and loyal customer base, the hotel had a fantastic opportunity to reposition itself as a country gastro-pub destination. The goal was to transform the venue from a small-town pub into a modern, elevated destination offering quality dining, broader offerings for weddings and other events, showcasing local wine and beer, within a relaxed yet refined and inclusive atmosphere.
Brief • New Logo & Visual Identity: Create a logo to reflect the gastro-pub repositioning, maintaining a subtle connection to the hotel’s heritage while presenting a modern and elevated feel.
Signage & Interior Design: The venue’s exterior and interior signage were updated to reflect the new gastro-pub concept, including updating new menus, staff uniforms, outdoor signage, and a dining room styling that included new wall art for the overall atmosphere.
Website & Digital Presence: A new website was created to showcase the gastro-pub transformation. It included a focus on the menu, events, booking options, and a modern social media presence to engage with both locals and visitors.
Social Media Marketing: The rebrand launched with a comprehensive marketing campaign that highlighted the venue’s new identity, showcasing special events, new chef’s specials, and local collaborations to emphasise the new offerings of the new management.
Solution • Transforming from a local pub to a country gastro-pub destination, The Inverleigh Hotel's new identity embraced its modern yet rustic atmosphere, with its iconic bluestone beauty at the heart of the design. The rebrand was reflected across all touchpoints, creating a cohesive and memorable experience.
Tone of Voice:
• Warm & welcoming, and fun with a sophisticated twist
• Refined, yet Fun
• Authentic & Cheeky
